Accordingly, from now until July 30, Son Tra district organizes a series of events and activities throughout the area, such as collecting recycled waste, simultaneously responding to the Green - Clean - Beautiful Sunday Movement; building a model for classifying solid waste at the source, minimizing plastic waste in residential areas; dredging and clearing sewers and drainage ditches, protecting the marine environment... Supporting and encouraging the production and use of environmentally friendly materials to replace packaging and products that are difficult to decompose. Prioritizingeducational activities on environmental protection.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the district organized the Cycling program, calling on the community to participate in environmental protection, and the Running program, calling on the community to use public transport, reducing traffic emissions with the participation of about 150 athletes; organized the collection of recycled waste, and exhibited more than 163 paintings, photos, and 80 recycled products on biodiversity protection and environmental protection at the Son Tra District Art Gallery. The exhibition lasts until June 24, 2024.
