Quang Nam issues regulations on land use rights allocation and recognition limits.

The regulation consists of 4 chapters and 17 articles; notably, it stipulates the delimitation of areas for applying the limits on recognition of land use rights and land allocation limits (Article 4).

Specifically, area I includes wards in Hoi An city, Tam Ky city and Dien Ban town; towns in Dai Loc, Duy Xuyen, Thang Binh, Nui Thanh, Que Son, Tien Phuoc, Hiep Duc, Phu Ninh districts; land plots adjacent to national highways, provincial roads (provincial roads), and district roads.

Zone II includes towns or wards established or merged after June 1, 2015 in the province. Communes in districts, towns and cities of Dai Loc, Duy Xuyen, Thang Binh, Nui Thanh, Que Son, Phu Ninh (except Tam Lanh commune), Tien Phuoc, Hiep Duc, Dien Ban, Tam Ky, Hoi An (except Tan Hiep commune); towns in districts of Bac Tra My, Phuoc Son, Nam Giang and Dong Giang; district centers of Nong Son, Nam Tra My and Tay Giang.

Area III includes the remaining communes except Area I and Area II.

The residential land area allocated to individuals for housing construction in urban and rural areas is divided into area I not exceeding 200m2 ; area II not exceeding 300m2 ; area III not exceeding 400m2 .

This Decision takes effect from November 1, 2024 and replaces Decision No. 15, dated November 5, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulations on allocation limits, recognition limits of land use rights and minimum area for land subdivision for land types in Quang Nam province and Decision No. 340, dated February 1, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating and correcting the Decision promulgating the Regulations on allocation limits, recognition limits of land use rights and minimum area for land subdivision for land types in Quang Nam province.
