Quang Nam deploys the movement "Digital Education for the People"

The widespread implementation of the "Digital Literacy for All" movement aims to popularize basic knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills for people with a revolutionary, all-people, comprehensive spirit, "no one is left behind" in the digital transformation process.

At the same time, all people are equipped with the necessary digital knowledge and skills to apply in daily life to grasp, utilize, exploit, and enjoy the achievements of science and technology - innovation and digital transformation.

Enhance the role and responsibility of all levels, sectors, agencies, units, and organizations, especially the heads of local Party committees, authorities, and organizations in leading and directing the implementation of movements, performing tasks and solutions to popularize basic knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills for people; at the same time, accelerate the digital transformation process of agencies, units, and localities.

Promote the strength of the entire political system in propagating, raising awareness and action of Party committees, authorities, organizations at all levels, and people of all walks of life about the role and significance of digital transformation, the dissemination of digital skills, arousing the self-motivation of each citizen in learning, practicing digital skills and fully participating in the national digital transformation process.

Key tasks in 2025 include: Organizing digital skills training conferences for officials and civil servants of the Party, Front, and mass organizations (from April to June 2025).

Upgrade the Quang Nam Province Digital Transformation website to provide information about the "Digital Popular Education" movement (such as training materials, course information, etc.) to the general public in various ways (May 2025).

Deploying the national massive open online learning platform (MOOCs) “Digital Education for All” to train, foster, and disseminate knowledge about digital transformation and digital skills for all subjects (starting from June 2025)...
