Vietjet opens flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Nagoya and Fukuoka (Japan)

Strengthening Vietnam's connection with the world, Vietjet Air launched two new routes from Ho Chi Minh City to Nagoya and Fukuoka, two unique cities in Japan, providing convenient and easy travel opportunities for residents and tourists, while expanding opportunities to explore the unique cultural values of the "Land of the Rising Sun".

The two new routes were opened with the welcome of Vietjet leaders, people and tourists of the two countries at Ho Chi Minh City and Nagoya, Fukuoka airports.

Flights connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Nagoya will officially serve passengers from April 24, 2025 with 4 round trips per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. In addition, the Ho Chi Minh City - Fukuoka route will open from April 25, 2025 with 3 round trips per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

With the launch of two new routes, Vietjet increases the total number of flights connecting Vietnam with the Land of the Rising Sun to 138 flights per week, connecting major cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Hiroshima. Nagoya and Fukuoka are both unique cities in Japan, offering visitors opportunities to explore their unique culture, history and cuisine .
