On the afternoon of May 29 in Hanoi, within the framework of the World Mobile Broadband, Cloud & AI Summit 2025 organized by the International Data Group (IDG) in collaboration with the Radio and Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV), Viettel was honored in the two most important categories in the telecommunications sector.
Ms. Nguyen Ha Thanh, Deputy General Director of Viettel Telecom Corporation received the award.
The two Viettel awards presented at the Ceremony honoring the Outstanding Broadband Service Providers & ISPs and Cloud Computing are Outstanding Telecommunication Service Provider for Mobile Broadband Service Quality and Outstanding Telecommunication Service Provider for Fixed Broadband Service Quality. This is an annual award to honor telecommunication services and products that are highly appreciated by customers.
IDG's report shows that this year's survey was conducted from January 29 to May 6, 2025 with 18,277 votes (mobile sector) and 17,468 votes (fixed sector), collecting opinions from customers nationwide who have been using mobile and fixed broadband services.

According to the organizers, the award for outstanding service provider in terms of mobile and fixed broadband service quality was given based on a comprehensive assessment of service quality criteria. This result was also evaluated and unanimously approved by the Advisory Board based on 2 criteria: Satisfaction level with service quality and satisfaction level with customer care and promotion programs. As a result, Viettel was recognized by customers as the network operator with the best service quality for both mobile and fixed broadband.
