Quang Ngai auctions nearly 2.9 million cubic meters of minerals for construction materials

(QNgTV) - After a temporary suspension to review the dossiers for participating in the auction of mining rights to ensure objectivity, transparency and compliance with regulations, Quang Ngai has put 15 qualified mineral mines up for auction to meet market demand and increase budget revenue.

Up to now, enterprises eligible to participate in the auction of 15 mineral mines in Kon Tum province (old) have completed submitting bids and deposits according to regulations. The auction is expected to be held on the morning of September 5. All 15 mining areas, including: 8 sand mines, 3 stone mines and 4 soil mines are located in the old Kon Tum province.

Of which, the mines have not yet had exploration results, with a total area of ​​over 66 hectares, total estimated resource reserves of nearly 2.9 million ^m3 ; the starting price is determined by the level of licensing fees with a total value of nearly 13 billion VND.

Quang Ngai currently has 135 licensed mineral mines. Of these, the eastern part of the province (formerly Quang Ngai) has 74 mines, and the western part of the province (formerly Kon Tum) has 61 mines.
