Kinhtedothi - On the morning of February 4, the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee announced decisions on the establishment, termination, and dissolution of Party organizations and personnel work.
Accordingly, the activities of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises will end; and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department will be established.
Along with that, the activities of 8 party delegations ended, including: Provincial People's Council Party Delegation for the 2021-2026 term, Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term, Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations for the 2020-2025 term, Provincial Literature and Arts Association for the 2023-2028 term, Provincial Women's Union for the 2021-2026 term, Provincial Farmers' Association for the 2023-2028 term, Provincial Labor Federation for the 2023-2028 term, Provincial Veterans Association for the 2022-2027 term.
Ending 3 provincial party committees including: Provincial People's Committee Committee for the 2021-2026 term, Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee, Provincial People's Court Party Committee. The decisions take effect from February 4, 2025.
Regarding personnel, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee allowed Mr. Vo Thanh An to resign from the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province for the 2024-2029 term; assigned and appointed Mr. Vo Thanh An to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department from February 4, 2025.
Also this morning, the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to establish the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies. Transferring 27 grassroots party organizations and 578 party members of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises to the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee of Party agencies.
Announce the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee members, Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies of Quang Ngai province for the 2020-2025 term. Appoint 22 comrades to the Executive Committee, 8 comrades to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term.
Appoint comrade Dang Ngoc Huy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term.
Mr. Nguyen Cao Phuc, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, is the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies. Ms. Truong Thi My Trang is the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies (full-time).
Speaking at the assignment, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Quang Ngai province hoped that in the new position and new apparatus, the cadres will continue to promote their capacity and strengths to successfully complete their tasks.
“Newly established agencies and organizations must urgently implement their tasks in their new positions and positions. Agencies must ensure succession, avoid interruptions, stagnation, and disruptions that affect general operations. Certainly, during the implementation process, there will be practical problems that we have not yet fully anticipated, but I believe that with the spirit of working while improving, we will organize our tasks well,” said Ms. Van.
