Quang Ninh launches 17,400 billion VND photovoltaic cell technology project

The Jinko Solar PV Vietnam Photovoltaic Cell Technology Project was officially launched this morning, operating production to complete the large-scale solar panel production line in Quang Ninh province. The project has an investment capital of over 17,400 billion VND, land use area of 31.3 hectares. This is a project in the group of projects with high investment rates in the current industrial parks of Quang Ninh province.

When the project is put into operation at 100% capacity, it will generate an estimated revenue of over VND 101,000 billion and export 100% to European and American markets. After the incentive period, the project will contribute VND 1,427 billion/year (equivalent to USD 62 million/year) to the budget through corporate income tax and create jobs for about 4,500 workers with an average salary of about VND 13 million/person/month.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Van Khang - Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee - affirmed that the Jinko Solar PV Vietnam Photovoltaic Cell Technology Project is the most vivid proof of the orientation and determination of Quang Ninh province in transforming the industrial structure, rapidly increasing the contribution of the processing and manufacturing industry to GRDP and budget revenue; at the same time improving the investment and business environment, administrative reform, supporting and accompanying businesses, building trust for investors.

Mr. Khang requested the Management Board of Quang Ninh Economic Zone, the People's Committee of Quang Yen town and relevant departments, branches and units, especially the working group supporting Jinko Solar Group to continue to focus on supporting and creating the best conditions for investors according to the provisions of law, striving to put the project into full operation before the schedule specified in the investment registration certificate, achieving the highest efficiency in terms of economy - society - environment and ensuring security and order.

The investor of Song Khoai Industrial Park's infrastructure (Amata Ha Long Urban Joint Stock Company) continues to accelerate the progress of investment in synchronous construction of industrial park infrastructure to ensure the infrastructure needs of secondary projects in the industrial park and projects invested by Jinko Solar Group in Song Khoai Industrial Park.

On this occasion, Quang Ninh province awarded the investment registration certificate for the Jinko Solar Hai Ha Vietnam Photovoltaic Cell Technology Complex Project to Jinko Solar Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd.
