This is the information given by Permanent Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office Le Quang Manh at the meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee to give opinions on preparations for the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly on the afternoon of October 14.
Deputy Chairman Le Quang Manh said that, along with the above contents, there are 13 groups of contents that agencies send reports to National Assembly deputies to study, as a basis for exercising the right to supervise and review the contents according to regulations.

The 10th session is scheduled to last 41 days, opening on the morning of October 20 and closing on December 12. The National Assembly will meet continuously to focus on completing all the contents and programs set out.
Implementing the conclusions of the National Assembly Standing Committee and the National Assembly leadership, the National Assembly Office has revised the proposed agenda of the Session: reducing the time for listening to the presentation of term summary reports and annual work reports so that the National Assembly has more time to discuss and give opinions.
At the same time, arrange 0.5 days for the National Assembly to discuss and give opinions on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party as was done in the previous term.
The Office of the National Assembly proposed to organize additional live radio and television broadcasts for some important contents that are of interest to many voters. The Secretary General of the National Assembly and the Office of the National Assembly have also proactively coordinated closely with relevant agencies to carefully prepare conditions for facilities, digital transformation, technology, security, safety, healthcare , reception, logistics, disease prevention and control, etc.
"Up to this point, preparations have basically been completed to be ready to serve the Session," emphasized the Permanent Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office.
Concluding the session, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man highly appreciated the preparations of the Ethnic Council , Committees and the National Assembly Office; stating that under the leadership of the Party, the documents submitted by the Government and the National Assembly made decisions very quickly, meeting the requirements to remove difficulties and obstacles.

Regarding preparation work, the National Assembly Chairman suggested that it is necessary to focus and devote efforts to the Session; the Government should review and arrange the order of priority of which Law projects to be passed first and which to be passed later to coordinate with the National Assembly Office to arrange discussions.
Regarding documents, the National Assembly Chairman noted that it is necessary to review the quality of documents sent to National Assembly deputies to include in the National Assembly App. If there is a delay, a written report must be sent.
Regarding the agenda of the Session, the National Assembly Chairman suggested that the Office of the National Assembly and the Office of the Government coordinate to review and limit additions to the agenda of the Session. At the same time, the agencies of the National Assembly should carefully consider and confirm that any content that ensures progress and quality will be included in the agenda.
Regarding the material and technical conditions, the National Assembly Chairman said that he and Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh will directly inspect, especially the issues of digital transformation, logistics, information, communication, security and safety to serve the Session.
