The Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission issued Instruction No. 18-HD/BTGDVTW-BCĐ dated July 3, 2025 and Official Dispatch No. 2109-CV/BTGDVTW-BCĐ dated August 26, 2025 on organizing the collection of opinions and synthesizing contributions from cadres, party members and people on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

According to the Guidelines, cadres, party members and people discuss and contribute opinions to the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party on the entire content or in parts, focusing on discussing major, important and specific issues:

I. Draft Political Report of the 14th National Party Congress

1. On the assessment of the implementation of the 13th Party Congress Resolution and the country's foundation after 40 years of renovation

Please give your opinion on:

- General assessment and evaluation: With the will and aspiration to develop and create the future, with high determination and great efforts, our entire Party, people and army have united and joined forces to resolutely, synchronously and effectively implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress. Our Party firmly leads the country to continue to achieve very important, comprehensive and breakthrough results with many outstanding highlights .

- On the achievements, limitations and weaknesses in economic development, resource management, environmental protection and climate change; cultural, human and social development; national defense, security, foreign affairs and international integration; Party building and political system; causes; lessons learned after 40 years of renovation.

2. On the viewpoints and goals of building and developing the country in the new period

Please give your opinion on:
