In the first three months of the year, the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Hoi An City lent more than VND34.3 billion to 503 borrowers, including the loan program to support job creation (more than VND31.3 billion/435 workers), students (VND208 million/8 borrowers), clean water and rural environmental sanitation (more than VND2.8 billion/60 borrowers).

Debt collection turnover is over 23.5 billion VND, an increase of 7.52% over the same period in 2024. Total outstanding debt as of March 31, 2025 is over 303.5 billion VND, an increase of 10.8 billion VND.

It is known that in early January 2025, Hoi An City People's Committee transferred 10 billion VND of budget capital to the City Social Policy Bank for lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries, completing 111% of the plan; the city budget by March 31, 2025 reached more than 49.2 billion VND, accounting for 15.9% of the total capital source.
