Determined to build a clean and strong provincial Party Committee in all aspects

The year 2025 is of special importance - the final year of implementing the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025, the 5-year socio-economic development plan 2021-2025, the year of holding Party Congresses at all levels, the 15th Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress. Ninh Thuan is determined to make a breakthrough to successfully carry out political tasks, building a clean and strong provincial Party Committee in all aspects.

As 2024 comes to an end, the Party Committee and people of Ninh Thuan province are proud of the achievements they have made in many fields of socio-economy, national defense, security and Party building, despite the fact that the national and local context always poses difficulties, challenges and opportunities. With high political determination, the Provincial Party Committee has led and directed the promulgation of policies and strategies to concretize them in accordance with the practical conditions of the province, thereby effectively exploiting potentials, advantages, key areas, breakthroughs, creating new driving forces to promote development. Cadres, Party members and people believe in the leadership of the Party and State; join hands and promote the tradition of patriotism, mobilize all resources, cultural values, the spirit of innovation and creativity, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and fulfill assigned targets and tasks. The economy continues to grow well; the scale of the economy has been significantly expanded; GRDP increased by 8.74%, ranking 4th in the North Central and Central Coast region, 16th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide; some areas changed positively, budget revenue exceeded the target. Culture and society had many progressive changes. The work of caring for policy beneficiaries and poor households was better implemented, especially the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; reducing the rate of poor households achieved the set target. The appearance of urban and rural areas has improved a lot; people's lives have been increasingly improved and enhanced. National defense and security continue to be consolidated and strengthened.

The work of preparing for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term has been focused on and achieved results. Mass mobilization work and activities of the Front and mass organizations continue to change positively, closely following political tasks to organize many appropriate activities. Strengthening democracy, solidarity and unity within the Party; mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political system; consolidating and strengthening the great national unity bloc and the close relationship between the Party and the people.

The year 2025 is of special importance, being the final year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress; the year of organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Therefore, Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations in the province must have higher political determination, strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, focus on leadership, direction, and synchronous, drastic, and effective implementation of solutions to successfully implement the goals and tasks, specifically the 23 targets set by the Provincial Party Committee's resolution for 2025, especially a number of important targets of a comprehensive nature, deciding the successful completion of the goals for the entire term. Along with that, proactively following the new viewpoints, orientations and directions of the Central Committee on Party building work, especially the phase of restarting the implementation of the nuclear power plant project, demonstrates the high determination of the Party Committee, government and people of Ninh Thuan province to contribute to the country entering a new era of development - the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise.

Accordingly, the top priority task identified by the Provincial Party Committee is to continue building a clean and strong Party and political system; promoting the strength of culture, people, and the great national unity bloc. Continuing to promote economic restructuring, improving efficiency and growth quality; mobilizing and effectively using resources; maximizing the potential and comparative advantages of the province to develop a dynamic, breakthrough, fast and sustainable economy. Promoting innovation, applying science and technology, developing digital economy, green economy, circular economy... Solving social issues well, improving people's quality of life. Proactively responding and adapting to climate change and protecting the environment. Maintaining political stability, order, social safety, ensuring national defense and security.

In order for policies, goals and tasks to be implemented synchronously, uniformly and effectively, the Provincial Party Committee directed to promote dissemination and propaganda work right from the beginning of 2025. Party committees at all levels develop action programs and implementation plans to be specific and suitable for their sectors, localities and units; proactively follow new viewpoints, orientations and strategic solutions of the central government to have solutions to effectively implement tasks in the coming time. Effectively deploy the Plan to implement the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, in conjunction with reviewing, supplementing and completing the planning of sectors and fields to ensure synchronization and unity. Implement the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2025 and regulations on setting examples for cadres and party members, and things party members are not allowed to do.

In the immediate future, focus on arranging the political system's apparatus to be streamlined, strong, efficient, effective, and efficient in the spirit of urgency, seriousness, science, synchronization, and efficiency. Step up propaganda and direct the preparation of conditions for organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 15th Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Direct the organization of activities to celebrate major holidays and important political events of the year, especially the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding; the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Ninh Thuan, the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country; the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam... Strengthen political and ideological education for cadres, party members, and people, urgently and actively carry out tasks right from the first days of the new year 2025.
