The congress's political report stated that in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Division 10 has thoroughly grasped and resolutely and synchronously implemented tasks and solutions, quite successfully completed the goals and targets set out in the resolution, many contents were well completed, the overall quality, level and combat readiness of the Division well met the requirements and tasks.

The Division has a firm grasp of the local situation, proactively improved, adjusted, and supplemented combat readiness documents and organized training close to the situation. Successfully completing the tasks of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic, fires, forest fires, etc., contributing to building an increasingly solid national defense and security posture in the stationed area.

The leaders performed the training tasks well, 100% of the training results met the requirements, over 85% were good and excellent. The entire Division had 38 battalions and 13 regiments awarded the flag and title of excellent training unit by the Corps and the Ministry of National Defense.

Building the Party Committee of the Division to always be strong in politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres, associated with building a strong and comprehensive Division that is "exemplary and typical". Promoting the revolutionary nature and glorious tradition of the Division, it was twice awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces.

In his speech, Lieutenant General Dao Tuan Anh praised and highly appreciated the leadership of the Party Committee and the spirit of solidarity and efforts to overcome difficulties and successfully complete the tasks of the officers and soldiers of Division 10; at the same time, he suggested many contents for the congress to discuss and comprehensively and deeply evaluate the results of the past term, especially clarifying the causes and lessons learned.

In the coming term, the Commander of the 34th Corps proposed that the congress and Party committees and commanders at all levels closely follow the practical situation and tasks of the Corps and Division, focus on leading and directing the building of the Division to achieve the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces in the new revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern period.
