On the afternoon of January 18th, the People's Committee of Quynh Phu district held a conference to provide guidance on preparing and adjusting the land use plan until 2030.

Quynh Phu District has planned the Quy Ninh industrial cluster with a total land area of ​​63.59 hectares.

Regarding the land use planning for the period 2021-2030, Quynh Phu district has completed land planning procedures for 111 projects covering over 273 hectares. However, the implementation process has revealed several shortcomings: urban planning and general construction planning for communes are not synchronized with land use planning; the allocation of land for urban and residential development areas does not meet practical needs...

Based on the directives from the Government and the province regarding planning work, the People's Committee of Quynh Phu district has developed a plan to adjust the land use plan until 2030. To ensure the adjustment process proceeds according to schedule, the People's Committee of Quynh Phu district requests that specialized departments and communes/townships review and evaluate the results of the land use plan implementation for the period 2021-2030, ensuring its consistency with the province's overall plan.
