On the afternoon of January 18, the People's Committee of Quynh Phu district held a conference to guide the adjustment of land use planning to 2030.

Quynh Phu district plans Quy Ninh industrial cluster with a total land use area of 63.59 hectares.

Implementing the land use planning for the period 2021-2030, Quynh Phu district has so far completed land planning procedures for 111 projects with over 273 hectares. However, the implementation process has encountered some shortcomings: urban planning and general planning for commune construction are not synchronized with land use planning; the arrangement of land funds for urban and residential area development is not suitable for practical needs...

Based on the Government 's and the province's directives on planning, the People's Committee of Quynh Phu district has made a plan to adjust the land use planning until 2030. In order for the planning adjustment process to be implemented according to plan, the People's Committee of Quynh Phu district requires specialized departments and communes and towns to review and evaluate the results of the implementation of the land use planning for the period 2021-2030 to ensure consistency with the province's general planning.
