Launching model house of Tay Nam Viet Tri Urban Area project

On the evening of July 31, Global Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (GP.INVEST) held an event to launch the model house of the Tay Nam Viet Tri Urban Area project - Palm Manor with the theme "Welcome Home".

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung - Deputy General Director of GP.INVEST said that the event helps customers easily learn and evaluate the design and functionality of real house models. In addition, it demonstrates GP.INVEST's strong commitment to project completion progress and construction quality to bring customers a fresh living space with diverse amenities.

At the event, the investor GP.INVEST launched the model house space including townhouses and commercial townhouses (shophouses). Accordingly, Palm Manor shophouses have an area of 90-130m2, 6-7m frontage, 8.7-9m corner lot, 1.9m high rear fence; have private balconies to provide airy space and take advantage of natural light. The shophouses have the advantage of being located right on the main road of the project, with a lot of traffic, suitable for promoting business.

Palm Manor townhouses have an area of 71-100m2, a frontage of 5-6m, a 7.2ha subdivision, a corner lot of 6.3-7m, and a 1.9m high rear fence. Palm Manor townhouses do not have a side gap. Instead, the distance between the two adjacent blocks is 4m. The townhouses have 3-4 bedrooms in a contemporary style. The green living space, fully equipped with amenities ensures the most comfort.

Impressive art performance marked the moment of the Palm Manor model home launch event.

At the event, the official moment of launching the model homes of the Palm Manor project was shown through a special art performance with violin and guitar concerts at the model homes combined with modern choreography, sound and lighting, leaving an impression on the guests.
