(CPV) - The Generation Hope application, which aims to build a new generation for the community, is not only a learning platform but also a bridge for young people to create positive change in their communities and society.
On the afternoon of December 7th, in Hanoi, Generation Hope, an innovative educational application for young people, was officially launched.
Designed to develop soft skills and promote the active participation of young people in social issues, Generation Hope is a collaborative product between the Youth Media Center - Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Save the Children in Vietnam (SCI).

Generation Hope is built on the SHIFT skills training toolkit, helping young people design and implement their own communication campaigns, with the goal of supporting youth on their journey of holistic development; and providing practical knowledge and tools to help young people master communication skills, planning, and organizing community campaigns.
Through this application, young people will confidently engage in meaningful activities such as environmental protection, promoting gender equality, preventing school violence, career guidance, and addressing many other practical issues.
At the launch ceremony, Mr. Le Duy Hung Thinh, Acting Director of the Youth Communication Center, stated that Generation Hope is a place where young people can realize their ideas and projects, creating connections with organizations willing to invest resources. It is not only a learning platform but also a creative exchange, helping young people develop their potential and contribute to society.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong, Head Representative of Save the Children in Vietnam, expressed that the organizers hope Generation Hope will become a companion for young people, helping them raise awareness, develop skills, and become responsible citizens. This application will be a starting point for positive communication initiatives by young people.
Reportedly, during the application's development and testing phase, the organizing committee held nearly 50 seminars, gathered over 1,087 opinions from experts, teachers, and students, achieved over 101,982 visits, and received 32 potential projects.
At the launch event, four outstanding projects were selected for future support.
