The move has led many to believe that Vardy is about to join the star-studded squad of the American club, where Lionel Messi plays alongside former Barcelona teammates Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba. However, a source close to the club has completely denied it, telling the Daily Mail that “there is no way Vardy is going to Inter Miami”.

Vardy left Leicester City at the end of last season after a glittering run, scoring 200 goals in 500 games, winning the Premier League and FA Cup, and being named top scorer in 2020. Thanks to his fitness, professionalism and competitive spirit, Vardy is still considered an attractive option for top teams despite his age.
