* Ms. NGUYEN MINH UYEN (Ho Chi Minh City University of Education):
Integration must preserve traditional identity
The increasingly deep international integration stage opens the door to access global knowledge and self-development, requiring preparation of integration skills, competitiveness and a spirit of readiness to overcome all barriers.
I, like many others, clearly recognize the role of young people in the context of integration, especially in the era of national growth.
Young citizens do not only have the responsibility of self-development but also contribute to building the country, preserving culture and enhancing Vietnam's position in the international arena.
This requires us not to lose our national identity. Every young person needs to understand the value of traditional culture, history, customs, arts and language.
I aim to build personal values, wish to become a responsible person, bring my values to serve the community and society, strive to introduce Vietnamese identity to international friends and learn the quintessence from other cultures.
Every young citizen represents the image of Vietnam in the eyes of international friends. Professionalism, civility and a positive attitude when working, studying or communicating will contribute to building trust and respect from the international community.
What is needed is solidarity, together building the image of a dynamic and creative Vietnam in the international arena. Therefore, each small step we take today will be the foundation for the great success of the country in the future.
I believe that today's young generation has been and is loving the country in many different ways to be proud of being Vietnamese and confidently spreading Vietnamese cultural identity.

* Ms. PHAM LINH NHI (marketing staff):
Always upgrade yourself in the digital age
Last year I successfully transitioned from content to marketing. Sometimes I felt pressure and stress when the results were not as expected.
Honestly, sometimes I have to work hard. But in return, I achieve my personal income target.
Another joy is the decent Tet bonus and the year-end closing of some outside projects.
As a young person in the digital age, I always try to develop myself in many aspects.
The goal for 2025 is to increase income to 40 million VND/month as well as expand income from other sources. Will have to improve marketing knowledge, supplement foreign languages to prepare for higher education.
I will arrange and balance work and life, increase income but still ensure time for family, myself, surrounding relationships and experience a higher standard of living.
* Ms. TRINH NGOC MY (Harvard University graduate student):
Take advantage of opportunities to overcome challenges
I can't return to Vietnam to celebrate Tet with my family, but I will experience Lunar New Year in the US with Vietnamese and international friends.
A little bit proud of the achievements of the past year, both pursuing a favorite subject and finishing the first semester with flying colors.
I plan to do ecological fieldwork in many states in the US and possibly abroad to collect plant samples and data for research.
I will also be taking on a teaching assistant role at Harvard, eager to experience the development of my teaching and academic skills.
At the same time, consider participating in international scientific conferences and connecting with experts.
I am ready and maintain a healthy exercise and lifestyle routine to ensure my physical fitness for the busy schedule ahead. I will prepare carefully and make the most of the opportunity to overcome the challenge.
* Mr. NGUYEN KIM TRUNG (Secretary of District 10 Youth Union, Ho Chi Minh City):
Building a foundation of happiness for young people
Personally, I and the youth of District 10 have many aspirations in the work of the Union and youth movement.
In which, the actions and projects are focused on joining the youth of the whole country in entering the era of national growth.
Continuing to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the Youth Union bases will spread Ho Chi Minh's cultural space more strongly at the base.
Phase 2 of the model "Memory Corner - Witnesses who made history" will integrate data on Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, parents of student movements, historical sites and memorial steles in District 10 to create a more effective foundation for educating young people about tradition and history.
We have calculated to launch a youth sports space to create more playgrounds for health and sports training, contributing to building a foundation of happiness for young people. We will coordinate with units that have scientific and technological products, innovation and creativity to have appropriate applications in the work of the Youth Union and youth movements.
* Dr. ADHVAIDHA KALIDASAN (RMIT Vietnam University):
First time experiencing Vietnamese wedding
2024 marks many achievements for me with two and a half years of teaching at RMIT University Vietnam and experiencing life in Ho Chi Minh City.
The proudest award is probably the one that recognizes my efforts in improving the quality of learning for students.
I see the trust and interest of the students in the classes I teach.
I love living in Vietnam, am inspired by the rapid development and love this wonderful country.
I was excited to be invited to a wedding for the first time and had the opportunity to learn more about Vietnamese culture.
I look forward to collaborating with experts in various fields to develop creative and communication strategies for young people.
I hope to help young people thrive in today's highly competitive environment. At the same time, I will nurture deep relationships with family and friends, inspiring family members to live a healthy lifestyle.
* VO QUANG PHU DUC (champion of Road to Olympia 2024):
More opportunities for every Hue citizen
I feel happy that my achievements can become an inspiration for other young people in Hue.
As a young person of Hue, I am proud that Hue officially becomes a centrally-governed city from 2025.
To me, this is a turning point for innovation not only for the city but also for the people of Hue.
Not only that, this is an opportunity for Hue to develop more strongly with major cities in the country in the coming time.
I hope this brings many new opportunities, people have better and happier lives.
Personally, I am somewhat excited and ready to join in, contributing to the transformation in the hope that Hue will have a more youthful and dynamic appearance while preserving and conserving the inherent heritage and historical values of this place.
