This morning (June 26), 100% of exam site staff came to listen to the dissemination of exam invigilation procedures.

At the working session this morning (June 26), the examination sites will announce the decision to establish the examination site, the decision to inspect and examine the examination and the working schedule of the examination; assign specific tasks to each member of the examination site management board, agree on working methods and check the preparation work.

The examination sites held a meeting of all members on the morning of June 26.

The Deputy Head of the examination site in charge of facilities will report on the preparation work including: examination rooms, equipment, stationery, documents of all kinds for the examination; at the same time, report on the results of working with the District Examination Steering Committee and local authorities on coordination to ensure security and safety for the examination site, disease prevention, environmental sanitation, food safety, health care for candidates during the examination; propose plans to protect examination rooms close to houses, fences, etc.

The leaders of the examination sites agreed on a plan to ensure security and safety for the exam; checked the coordination with the People's Committee and the local High School Graduation Exam Steering Committee on exam organization.

At 9:00 a.m. the same day, the examination sites will hold a meeting of all members. The head of the examination site will assign specific tasks to the following forces: security guards, service staff, medical staff, and police.

A very important content was carried out on the morning of June 26, which was that the head of the examination site organized the study of the Examination Regulations for all members of the examination site; emphasized Chapter V (Exam supervision), thoroughly disseminated Article 22 (Exam supervision organization process and implementation responsibilities), Article 53 (Handling individuals participating in the organization of the examination and individuals involved in violating the Examination Regulations), Article 14 (Candidates' responsibilities), Article 54 (Handling candidates violating the Examination Regulations).

The head of the examination site also thoroughly disseminated the guidance document on the 2024 high school graduation exam to clarify the duties and powers of each member of the examination site; disseminated new points in the Ministry of Education and Training 's guidelines for organizing the examination. The Ministry of Education and Training requires that the head of the examination site is responsible for ensuring that all members of the examination site study and master the examination regulations and examination invigilation procedures.

Along with that, members at the examination site were informed about the regulations on recording the registration number (SBD) on the Multiple Choice Answer Sheet (TLTN). The examination supervisor is responsible for disseminating and checking the recording of the registration number (SBD) on the examination paper and on the TLTN of the candidates.

The head of the examination site continues to disseminate the requirements of the exam; inspect the facilities and security measures for the examination site; organize for the staff in charge of the examination to inspect all facilities serving the examination site; require the school where the examination site is located to stop all other activities for 3 days (from June 26 to June 28) to serve the examination invigilation work.

After reviewing all preparations and conditions for the exam, if found to be inadequate, the head of the exam site shall propose measures to promptly remedy the situation.

No later than 11:30 a.m. on June 26, 2024, the head of the examination site must report to the examination board on the contents that have been implemented; ensuring that the examination takes place safely and in accordance with regulations.

At 2:00 p.m. the same day, the exam locations will complete procedures for candidates to take the exam.

In this year's exam, the whole country has more than 1 million candidates registered to take the exam in 63/63 provinces and cities. Statistics from localities show that there are a total of 2,323 exam sites with 45,149 exam rooms nationwide; the number of independent candidates is nearly 47,000, the number of candidates registered to be exempted from the foreign language exam is approximately 67,000. The official exam takes place over 2 days, June 27-28.
