Under the direction of the National Assembly Chairman, the question and answer session took place over 2.5 days, from November 6 to the morning of November 8.

As a mid-term session, the National Assembly will conduct questions and answers on the responsibilities of Government members and sector heads in implementing a number of resolutions of the 14th National Assembly on thematic supervision, questions and resolutions of the National Assembly on thematic supervision, questions from the beginning of the 15th term to the end of the 4th session.
The question and answer session took place over 2.5 days, from November 6 to the morning of November 8, and was broadcast live on radio and television for voters and people nationwide to follow.
6th Session, XV National Assembly.
On the morning of November 6, the National Assembly Chairman will deliver the opening speech of the question and answer session, after which Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, authorized by the Prime Minister, will present a report on the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning and the National Assembly's resolutions on thematic supervision and questioning from the beginning of the 15th term to the end of the 4th Session.
Next were reports from Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy Le Minh Tri, and State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan.
Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office Bui Van Cuong will present a report summarizing the content of the examination of the implementation of a number of resolutions of the 14th National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning and resolutions of the National Assembly on thematic supervision and questioning from the beginning of the 15th term to the end of the 4th Session.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will report, clarify related issues and answer questions from National Assembly deputies.
Going into specific areas, the National Assembly Chairman will give a speech suggesting some focused questions. The National Assembly will conduct questions and answers according to 4 groups of areas:
Groups in the fields of planning and investment; finance; banking: will question and answer questions in the late morning and early afternoon of November 6.
Groups of industry and trade; agriculture and rural development; transportation; construction; natural resources and environment: will take place in the late afternoon of November 6 and early morning of November 7.
Groups in the fields of justice; internal affairs; security, order, social safety; inspection; court; prosecution; audit: will question and answer questions in the late morning and early afternoon of November 7.
Groups of fields on science and technology; education and training; culture, sports and tourism; health; labor, war invalids and social affairs; information and communication: will take place in the late afternoon of November 7 and early morning of November 8.
On the morning of November 8, at the end of the question and answer session, the Prime Minister will report, clarify related issues and answer questions from National Assembly deputies. At the end, the National Assembly Chairman will deliver a closing speech.
