Building on the successes of previous years, this year, the 2023 ASEAN Partnership Media Cooperation Forum, co-organized by China Central Television and the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, was held in Nanning, Guangxi, China.

This forum brought together more than 200 media professionals representing international organizations, experts, and scholars from China and ASEAN countries.

Liu Ning, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, said: “The forum focuses on the implementation of President Xi Jinping’s global development initiative, the global security initiative, the global civilization initiative, and a series of important consensuses reached with ASEAN leaders, creating a bright future for China-ASEAN cooperation through the media.”

Also at this forum, the China-ASEAN Media Port's Artificial Intelligence Studio was officially launched. The studio will utilize advanced technology to support media production and expand the scope for media exchange and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries.

In addition, CMG's brand-new "Yunting" media platform in the ASEAN region has officially launched, contributing to the dissemination of friendly exchanges between China and ASEAN countries.

In addition, ASEAN guest officials jointly launched the "ASEAN Partners" media delegation to observe China's modernization model.
