The first large-scale art festival is about to be held in Tay Ninh.

A huge music festival with a famous artist line-up and a large-scale drone performance, the first of its kind in Southeast Asia, will take place on August 9, right in the heart of the T&T City Millennia metropolis - the Millennium City invested by T&T Group.

The event promises to bring an explosive and eye-catching space, marking an impressive transformation of Tay Ninh on the journey to create a new era of life: modern, unique and inspiring.

The grand music festival with the theme "Unleashing the source of heritage, firmly stepping into the new era" will take place at T&T City Millennia.

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), a world-class art program called "Unleashing the Source of Heritage, Firmly Stepping into a New Era" will officially take place on the evening of August 9 at T&T City Millennia (Can Giuoc Commune, Tay Ninh). The event promises to become the cultural and entertainment center of the region during this year's late summer festival season.

A grand music and lighting party, gathering the hottest artists in Vietnam

In the heart of the T&T City Millennia, “Unleashing the Heritage, Steadfastly Stepping into a New Era” will be a special art event combining modern lighting technology and top-notch music.

Accordingly, at the heart of the urban area, the public will be immersed in an iconic art-technology festival, where music, light and emotions are sublimated. The event brings together many leading Vietnamese artists, bringing elaborate performances, combined with a large-scale outdoor stage, modern sound and light systems. All create a top-notch resonant experience, where tradition is awakened, the future is touched and all senses are moved.

The highlight of the program is the performance of more than 1,000 drones, which appeared for the first time in Southeast Asia in the sky of the southern area of Saigon. In terms of scale, this is also the largest drone performance ever in Tay Ninh.

In addition, multi-level performance technology is also applied, creating more artistic dimensions for the audience to enjoy. There, there is not only a regular underground stage where the stars burn out with music, but also expanded to the Can Giuoc night sky with drones, fireworks, lasers and lights... On the bottom floor, the effects from the water performance floor and programmed lighting are also exploited to create inspiration about the flow of vitality and connection...

Combining modern sound and lighting systems, with the most advanced technology today, "Unleashing the source of heritage, Steadfastly stepping into a new era" will paint a meaningful picture of the journey of a changing metropolis: from cultural memories and heritage flows, along with technological vision to the aspiration to integrate and rise in the new era.

Launching 2 unprecedented projects in Vietnam

Also within the framework of the event, T&T Group will officially open the highlight of the project: Millennia Journey walking street. Inspired by Marco Polo's world-famous voyage to explore the mysterious East in the 13th century, Millennia Journey will recreate a miniature expedition, where visitors can follow in the footsteps of their ancestors when passing through stops with strong Asian and European colors. Each station is like a door opening to a world filled with its own "cultural codes".

It could be a time gate with ancient Italian colors for visitors to start their journey at the Departure Point; a space filled with the “breath” of the Mediterranean; or a Silk Road spread out with characteristic mysterious patterns and colors…

Those who love Chinese culture, the galloping horses on the Mongolian steppe, or the silence and mystery of the Tibetan plateau will also find their own “corner” at the successive themed stations. The journey following in Marco Polo’s footsteps will end at the final stations with the theme of Vietnam - a touchpoint back to the cultural and historical roots of the nation over 4,000 years.

The Millennia Journey walking street discovery journey will take visitors along the footsteps of their ancestors as they pass through stops with strong Asian-European colors.

The subtle and smooth blend of cultural and artistic colors on the nearly 2km long street with many diverse interwoven themes has created a prosperous and unique highlight for the T&T City Millennia in particular, and the real estate market in the South of Saigon in general.

Right next to Millennia Journey, another iconic project, the River of Light, will also be introduced to the public. Inspired by the dreamy Venice River from faraway Italy, the River of Light will create a magical landscape space with the highlight being the combination of misting systems, lasers, and art and music performances that have never appeared in Vietnam before.

T&T City Millennia Project - Millennium City is invested by Thai Son Long An Joint Stock Company (a member of T&T Group). The project has a scale of more than 267 hectares, planned and designed based on the heroic and intense historical inspiration of Can Giuoc land like bright and vibrant lotus flowers; based on the harmony of natural flows, cultural flows, historical flows and people, combined with the quintessence from river regions around the world such as Venice - Italy, Garden by the Bay - Singapore.

The project is divided into 4 phases with many subdivisions carrying 3 main architectural styles: Modern Asia - Vietnamese Identity - European Architecture. Accordingly, phase 1 of the project was officially inaugurated in October 2023.
