Super Vietnam 2025 – Vietnam Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence Week 2025, is scheduled to take place in Da Nang from June 4-6. The program is organized to connect and attract domestic and international resources to promote the development of the blockchain and AI ecosystem in Vietnam.
Through the event, technology startups and investors can take advantage of the sandbox mechanism and government support policies to help blockchain and AI develop systematically, promote digital transformation, and at the same time enhance Vietnam's position on the world technology map.
The program's co-organizers include Orochi Network Company Limited, FPT Online Services Joint Stock Company (FPT Online), and Da Nang Center for Research and Training in Microchip Design and Artificial Intelligence (DASC).
In recent years, with the strong development of the technology ecosystem, including blockchain and AI, Vietnam has become one of the potential markets in Southeast Asia.
Not only are many Vietnamese technology startups making their mark on the international map, domestic enterprises and corporations are also actively investing and researching technology applications, contributing to the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
Recently, the Party and Government have issued important policies and legal regulations to create a corridor for the development of science and technology in general, AI and blockchain in particular.
Some policies such as Decision 1236/QD-TTg on the National Strategy for Blockchain Technology Development to 2025, Decision 127/QD-TTg on the AI Development and Application Strategy to 2030, Resolution 136/2024/QH15 on the Socio-Economic Development Plan of Da Nang City to 2030...

Speaking at the event announcement ceremony on April 23, Mr. Le Hoang Phuc, Director of DASC, said that Da Nang has preferential policies for the semiconductor and AI sectors, such as exempting personal income tax for some experts and engineers. From the beginning of 2025, the city has also supported premises for many startups in the AI and semiconductor sectors.
Regarding infrastructure, Da Nang builds and calls for investment in offices, data centers, and international Internet connections, thereby supporting businesses to access infrastructure at affordable costs. The city also spends many years preparing human resources.
Some of the main activities at Super Vietnam 2025 include the 2025 Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence Connection and Development Plenary Conference. The conference is expected to have the participation of representatives of Departments, Ministries, branches, localities, representatives of corporations, investment funds, technology enterprises, domestic and foreign experts.
The event also includes the Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence Application Conference in Enterprises, the Technology Trends and Future Investment Vision Conference. Blockchain forums, AI forums and exhibition areas are also highlights.
Ahead of the main event, the Super Vietnam PitchFest competition will take place from April 25 to June 4. This is a playground for blockchain and AI startups to present their products and receive investment opportunities if the products meet the criteria of international investment funds. The series of activities is expected to attract 5,000-7,000 attendees.
