The land lots auctioned this time belong to projects in Dong Ha city including: Urban area east of Thanh Co street, Ward 3; infrastructure construction project in the North Hieu river area, Dong Thanh ward; Nam Dong Ha urban area project phase 2, 3 in Dong Luong ward. Of the 40 dossiers participating in the auction by indirect voting, 6 dossiers were ineligible because they did not pay the deposit and 5 land lots had only 1 person participating in the auction, so they were also not eligible to win the auction (a land lot must have at least 2 people participating in the auction).

As a result, 9 lots won the auction with prices 0.3% to 13% higher than the starting price. A total of 9 lots had a starting price of over 12.1 billion VND, and the winning bid exceeded the floor price by more than 435 million VND (3.59%).
The leader of the Quang Tri Province Land Fund Development Center said that after more than a year since land prices "cooled down", this is the time the land auction had the highest number of sold records, showing a positive signal of the real estate market.
The Quang Tri Provincial Land Fund Development Center will assign the Central Joint Stock Auction Company to continue receiving auction documents for 37 lots (phase 2, 2023) from May 15 to 17, at the headquarters of HD Bank, Quang Tri branch. It is expected that on May 20, the ballot box will be opened and the results will be announced. It is known that compared to the land auction in the fourth quarter of 2021 (when the land fever was at its peak), the starting price this time is 20% - 30% lower.
