Cao Bang Province Department of Industry and Trade attended the training conference to deploy the national program on trade promotion in the Northern region.

On September 15-16, 2025, in Ninh Binh city, the Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade) organized a training conference to deploy the National Trade Promotion Program (XTTM) in 2025 in the Northern region. Implementing the invitation letter of the Trade Promotion Agency, the Department of Industry and Trade of Cao Bang sent 02 officials of the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion to attend the conference. This is an opportunity for officials and employees of the Industry and Trade sector of provinces and cities to update new policies, improve professional capacity and share experiences in implementing trade promotion activities in the new context.

During the two working days, the conference focused on many important contents such as: disseminating orientations and solutions for comprehensive innovation of the National Program on Trade Promotion according to Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW; promoting the promotion of science and technology products and services, innovation and digital transformation according to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; guiding the preparation and settlement of state budget to support the program according to Circular No. 45/2025/TT-BTC; implementing new regulations on bidding in trade promotion activities according to Law No. 90/2025/QH15.

Participating in the conference not only creates opportunities for civil servants and public employees to grasp new regulations, mechanisms and policies, but also contributes to improving the quality of consulting and implementing projects and trade promotion programs in the locality, providing more effective support for businesses and production facilities in the province to expand their markets and improve competitiveness.
