The forum “Future of Science, Technology, Innovation and National Digital Transformation” was chaired and delivered by Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung. This is a key activity within the framework of the Exhibition of Achievements in Science, Technology, Innovation and National Digital Transformation, aiming to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025). This is a space for exchanging and sharing practical experiences and successful models domestically and internationally, while connecting cooperation between businesses, research institutes, universities, investors and management agencies.

Working delegation of the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province
Attending the Forum, the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province sent a working delegation led by Ms. Huynh Thi Hong Nhung - Director of the Department. This is a practical activity to update the development trends of science - technology, innovation (ICT) and digital transformation (DT), and at the same time connect and exchange experiences with ministries, branches, localities and technology enterprises.

The forum includes 04 in-depth working sessions:
Session 1: Focus on discussing the future of science and technology, with a focus on fundamental technologies and strategic technologies.
Session 2: Delving into solutions to promote innovation and creativity (ICR), building a national creative startup ecosystem.
Session 3: Discussing digital transformation, especially digital infrastructure and digital society with contents on: The future of national digital infrastructure; applying digital transformation in state administration, healthcare, education, finance, agriculture; connecting digital transformation with innovation to promote double-digit GDP growth.
Session 4: In-depth discussion around 4 topics: Developing human resources for the future of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; perfecting mechanisms, policies and laws on science and technology, innovation and digital transformation; strengthening international cooperation; and promoting the leading role of technology enterprises.
With the participation of about 200 delegates, the Forum is an opportunity for Tay Ninh to grasp new technology trends, orient policies, promote S&T activities, innovation and digital transformation in the locality. Thereby, contributing to bringing Tay Ninh in line with the whole country in affirming the central role of the "triad of driving forces": Science and technology - Innovation - Digital transformation in rapid and sustainable development and enhancing national competitiveness.
Through the Forum, the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province had the opportunity to directly access advanced innovation and digital transformation models; at the same time, strengthen the connection and cooperation with ministries, branches, localities, and domestic and foreign technology enterprises. This is an important basis for the Department to continue to advise and implement appropriate programs and plans, contributing to making Science - Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation become key driving forces in the socio-economic development of the province.
