Sở Ngoại vụ tỉnh Sơn La nộp lưu tài liệu vào lưu trữ lịch sử tỉnh

Thực hiện Kế hoạch số 115/KH-SNV ngày 17 tháng 01 năm 2025 của Sở Nội vụ về việc thực hiện Đề án thu thập tài liệu của các cơ quan, tổ chức thuộc nguồn nộp lưu vào Lưu trữ lịch sử tỉnh giai đoạn 2020-2025, năm 2025. Ngày 21 tháng 5 năm 2025, Sở Ngoại vụ tỉnh Sơn La đã tiến hành nộp lưu vào lưu trữ lịch sử tỉnh 339 hộp tài liệu với 887 hồ sơ, tương đương 48,42 mét giá tài liệu. Đây là một phần quan trọng trong khối tài liệu của Sở Ngoại vụ tỉnh Sơn La, tập trung vào các hồ sơ liên quan đến Dự án tăng dày và tôn tạo hệ thống mốc quốc giới Việt Nam - Lào, hồ sơ xây dựng công trình Nhà ở, nhà làm việc Đội cắm mốc, kho tập kết mốc và Trụ sở làm việc của Sở Ngoại vụ.

The submission of documents to the Provincial Historical Archives, especially the Documents related to the Project of increasing the thickness and embellishing the Vietnam-Laos border marker system, is an important content in the archival work of the Department. These documents are not only historical evidence of territorial sovereignty but also an indispensable source of information for border management, national defense and security and scientific research.

The Provincial Historical Archives Center and the Department of Foreign Affairs carry out the delivery and submission of records and documents.

After receiving the documents from the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Son La Provincial Historical Archives Center will carry out the necessary professional steps to effectively serve the exploitation and promotion of the value of archival documents./.
