The Department of Health works at Chongqing Medical Center on grassroots health work.

On September 12, a working delegation of the Department of Health led by Mr. Nong Tuan Phong - Director of the Department of Health visited the Chongqing Medical Center to work on human resource arrangement and professional work on disease prevention at the Chongqing Medical Center and the commune health stations under the Center. Accompanying the delegation were representatives of the functional departments of the Department, representatives of leaders and relevant officials of the Center for Disease Control.

At the meeting, the Trung Khanh Medical Center reported on the human resources situation of the Medical Center and the Commune Health Stations under the Center, the plan to arrange and transfer human resources from the Medical Center to the Commune Health Stations to ensure the operation of the Health Stations, as well as the work of caring for and protecting people's health according to the 2-level local government model.

  The Center for Disease Control reports the plan to send officials to provide professional support on preventive medicine for Health Stations according to the content of Official Dispatch No. 5851/BYT-TCCB dated August 29, 2025 of the Ministry of Health on rotation, transfer, and dispatch of officials to commune level and Official Dispatch No. 4847/SYT-TCCB dated September 3, 2025 of the Cao Bang Department of Health on developing a plan to rotate officials with medical professional titles to provide professional support on preventive medicine for Health Stations established in Decision No. 1333/QD-UBND dated August 11, 2025 of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province, and at the same time reports on the implementation of medical quarantine tasks at border gates of the International Medical Quarantine Department of the Center.

Speaking at the meeting , Mr. Nong Tuan Phong - Director of the Department of Health requested the Trung Khanh Medical Center to urgently complete the procedures and processes to transfer human resources from the Medical Center to the Commune Health Stations as agreed upon in the meeting. Requested the Center for Disease Control to continue to strengthen the guidance and support for the Health Stations to carry out disease prevention and community health work at the grassroots level, in order to contribute to the good implementation of the work of caring for and protecting people's health, especially in the initial stage of implementing the task under the 2-level local government model.
