As planned, on April 25, 2025, Soc Trang province in coordination with the investor - Ha Thanh Concrete Joint Stock Company will organize the inauguration ceremony to put into operation the infrastructure of Tran De Industrial Park, and at the same time start the secondary project of the Ceramic Tile Factory to celebrate the 50th anniversary of national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Tran De Industrial Park is one of the largest industrial parks in Soc Trang, possessing a strategic location with diverse infrastructure, utility services, an internal international seaport system, easy connection to highways, Can Tho international airport.
Up to now, the technical infrastructure items of Tran De Industrial Park such as traffic roads, lighting systems, rainwater drainage systems, clean water supply systems, power supply items, fire prevention and fighting items, etc. have been completed. In addition, the investor has also received the centralized wastewater treatment plant of Tran De Industrial Park handed over by Soc Trang province.
In addition to the two established industrial parks (An Nghiep Industrial Park and Tran De Industrial Park), according to the Soc Trang Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister , from now until 2030, Soc Trang province will establish 3 new industrial parks and expand 1 industrial park in locations that are convenient for connecting road, waterway, seaport traffic and have a system of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure.
Specifically, An Nghiep Industrial Park will be expanded with an expected area of 169 hectares; 3 new industrial parks will be established including: Song Hau - Sub-zone 1 (Ke Sach district), area of 121 hectares; Dai Ngai (Long Phu district), area of 196 hectares and My Thanh (Vinh Chau town), area of 217 hectares.
At the same time, research to establish 5 new industrial parks and expand 1 industrial park including : Dai Ngai 2 (Long Phu district), expected area of 250 ha; Tran De 2 (Tran De district), area of 700 ha; Khanh Hoa (Vinh Chau town), area of 350 ha; Song Hau - Sub-zone 2 (Ke Sach district), area of 165 ha; Phu My Industrial - Urban - Service Park (My Xuyen, My Tu, Chau Thanh districts and Soc Trang city. The planning of the whole area is 1,500 ha; of which 1,125 ha is industrial park land, 375 ha is urban - service land); Tran De Industrial - Urban - Service Park (Tran De district. The planning of the whole area is 850 ha; of which 638 ha is industrial park land, 212 ha is urban - service land).
