Exciting matches of the new season of the European Cup C1

Tonight, July 16, early tomorrow morning (July 17), the European Cup C1 will continue to host the next matches of the second leg of the first qualifying round of the new 2025/2026 season.

In Northern Ireland, Linfield FC will face Shelbourne (Republic of Ireland). The home team needs to overcome a 0-1 loss in the first leg to have a chance of advancing to the second qualifying round.

In Belarus, Dinamo Minsk will host Bulgarian side Ludogorets Razgrad, who won the first leg 1-0 at home last week. Both matches will kick off at 1:45 a.m. on July 17.

The 2025/2026 UEFA Champions League qualifying phase will consist of four rounds, taking place from July 8 to August 27. 46 clubs, mainly from mid-level or underdeveloped European football, will compete fiercely to find the seven clubs that will advance to the League Phase to compete with the 29 teams that will be directly entered.

The 29 clubs that will be directly entered into the League Phase this year include: Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City, Chelsea, Newcastle, Tottenham (England), Barca, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Athletic Bilbao, Villarreal. (Spain), Napoli, Inter Milan, Atalanta, Juventus (Italy), Bayern Munich, Leverkusen, Dortmund, Frankfurt (Germany), PSG, Marseille, Monaco (France), PSV Eindhoven, Ajax (Netherlands), Sporting (Portugal), Union Saint-Gilloise (Belgium), Galatasaray (Türkiye), Slavia Prague (Czech Republic) and Olympiacos (Greece).
