SON HOA: Evaluation of handover preparation work when arranging and reorganizing administrative units

Son Hoa District People's Committee has just held a meeting to evaluate the handover preparation work when rearranging and reorganizing administrative units in the district.

The district departments, committees and People's Committees of communes and towns reported on the disbursement of public investment capital, career capital, capital sources of national target programs; the handover, reception, management, handling of public assets and professional work after the rearrangement and reorganization of administrative units; the progress of the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households, near-poor households, and policy households of meritorious people. At the same time, difficulties and obstacles were pointed out and solutions were proposed for implementation.

Concluding the meeting, the leaders of the district People's Committee requested units and localities to continue to promote the spirit of determination, speed and efficiency in solving assigned tasks; promptly hand over documents and work at the commune level according to instructions and regulations; arrange and repair working headquarters, arrange necessary equipment for the new commune-level administrative unit to operate without interruption.
