Division 316 started construction of the Go Mang Cultural House, Chi Dam Commune, Phu Tho Province.

On July 14, in Chi Dam commune, the Party Committee and Command of Division 316 coordinated with local authorities and authorities to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Go Mang Cultural House. The project is part of the policy to support the construction of the "Great Unity House" and other civil works in 2025 from the "For the Poor" Fund of the Ministry of National Defense, under the direction of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 2.

Representatives of Division 316 and the Party Committee and government of Chi Dam commune performed the groundbreaking ceremony to start the construction of the Cultural House.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Lam Dung Tien affirmed: The construction of the Go Mang Cultural House not only demonstrates the affection and responsibility of the officers and soldiers of Division 316 towards the locality where they are stationed, but also contributes to concretizing the policy of caring for the material and spiritual life of the people; promoting the tradition of "the army and the people are like fish and water". The project will be a place for cultural activities, meetings, and community exchanges of the people in the area, contributing to effectively implementing the criteria for building new rural areas, strengthening the great national unity bloc and tightening the strong military-people relationship.
