This project in Thuan Quy commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, is more than 2 hectares wide with a floor area of 850 m2, assembled from 13 used containers, discarded from industrial park warehouses and port warehouses. The special feature is that the construction cost is reduced because it does not have to build a foundation, column, beam, and floor system; has super durable steel material that can withstand rain, sun, and salt water, very suitable for coastal projects; the ability to recover basic materials (90%), and re-install the project at another location when relocation is required. However, it has the same value as a Grade I office building, that is, it is built with reinforced concrete and the main material is steel containers, so it is very safe in terms of fire prevention and fighting.

Thereby, the project has great significance and spreads inspiration about protecting the natural environment and living environment, reducing CO2 emissions.
According to Master Architect Nguyen Thanh Hai, the container has good load-bearing capacity and is not affected by sea water, especially with the beautiful seascape of Thuan Quy, Ham Thuan Nam, Binh Thuan, so I was very inspired when designing to create a unique, different and attractive space. This is not only a beautiful architectural work but also tends to be an iconic sculpture, leaving a strong impression in the memory of tourists when traveling locally.
