According to the original plan, the 6th Cham Ethnic Cultural Festival in 2025 would take place from December 5 to 7 in Khanh Hoa province. However, due to the rain and floods in Khanh Hoa province and the Central provinces, it caused great damage to people and property, seriously affecting people's lives and production. Pursuant to the Prime Minister's dispatch on focusing on responding to and overcoming the consequences of exceptionally heavy rain and floods in the Central region; on the basis of the proposal of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on the time to organize the 6th Cham Ethnic Cultural Festival in 2025. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism agreed and decided to stop organizing the 6th Cham Ethnic Cultural Festival in 2025 in Khanh Hoa province. The Ministry will coordinate with the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and relevant ministries, branches and localities to organize this festival at an appropriate time.
