After a period of monitoring and implementing measures to manage the area, combined with reports from the people, on November 29, Market Management Team No. 2 coordinated with the Economic Police of district Y Yen to conduct a surprise inspection of a business establishment owned by Mr. T.D.K in Yen Bang commune (district Y Yen, Nam Dinh province).

The inspection team discovered 21,000 stationery products on display at the store, including ballpoint pens and plastic document wallets; the packaging did not contain information showing the origin of the goods. Mr. T.D.K admitted to buying goods floating on the market for business purposes.

During the inspection, Mr. T.D.K could not present invoices, vouchers and papers related to the goods, the value of which was nearly 50 million VND. Regarding legal procedures, Mr. T.D.K was doing business as a business household but did not register to establish a business household in the case that registration is required according to regulations.

After that, the inspection team sealed and temporarily detained all the violating goods to complete the records for handling according to the provisions of law.
