Each student enrolled in universities, academies, colleges, vocational and technical high schools will receive a 10% discount on all train fares for one one-way ticket and one ticket for a relative traveling with them.

Conditions for purchasing train tickets: Students must provide admission notice and valid identification; purchase tickets at railway stations and ticket sales points.

In addition, the Railway industry also cooperates with taxi companies XANH SM, BE GROUP to give vouchers with discounts of up to more than 20% on Bike/Car fares to stations belonging to Vietnam Railways.

From now until September 30, 2024, Green SM Taxi offers a 25% discount on fares with a maximum amount of VND 50,000 when choosing destination and departure at Vietnam railway stations.

From now until December 31, 2024, Be Group offers a 20% discount on fares with a maximum amount of VND 50,000 when choosing destination and departure at stations in the provinces/cities of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong , and Dong Nai.
