The decision clearly states that Certificates of Merit will be awarded to 41 athletes and 16 coaches who have achieved outstanding results at international sports tournaments in 2025.

Specifically, Certificates of Merit were awarded to 2 athletes of the National Gymnastics Team who had excellent achievements in winning medals, and 3 coaches of the National Gymnastics Team who had achievements in training and directing athletes to compete excellently and win medals at the 2025 World Gymnastics Cup held in Bulgaria.
Awarding Certificates of Merit to 3 athletes of the National Jujitsu Team, 1 athlete of the Bac Giang Jujitsu Team who had excellent achievements in winning medals, and 2 coaches of the National Jujitsu Teams, the Bac Giang Jujitsu Team who had achievements in training and directing athletes to compete excellently and win medals at the 2025 Asian Jujitsu Championship and U21 Championship held in Jordan.
Awarding Certificates of Merit to 20 athletes of the National Rowing Team who had excellent performance in winning Gold Medals and 8 Coaches of the Team who had excellent performance in training and directing athletes to win Gold Medals at the 2025 Southeast Asian Rowing Championship held in Thailand.
Awarding Certificates of Merit to 14 athletes of the National Boxing Team with excellent achievements in winning medals and 3 coaches of the National Boxing Team; the Military Boxing Team with achievements in training and directing athletes to compete excellently and win medals at the 2025 Asian Boxing U22 and Youth Championship held in Sri Lanka.
