
On the morning of August 29, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation held a meeting with businesses using labor outsourcing services in industrial parks and clusters in the city.
Recently, many enterprises have expanded their production and business scale, but have not recruited enough workers, so they have had to use labor leasing services. Based on that reality, representatives of some enterprises in industrial parks and clusters in the city provided preliminary information on the labor situation; pointed out difficulties in labor recruitment, compliance with legal regulations on social insurance, salary, bonus, overtime and preferential policies for employees, etc.

From the above situation, there is a part of seasonal workers who do not have the need to stick with the enterprise; the payment of policies and regimes through intermediaries has potential risks, the risk of affecting the relationship between employees and employers, and the reputation of the enterprise.

Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the City Labor Federation Nguyen Van Phiet received direct and accurate opinions from business representatives.
To effectively perform the task of monitoring, guiding, and supporting enterprises in managing, using, recruiting, and fully implementing legal regulations for employees, the City Labor Union assigned the Trade Union Working Committee to continue coordinating with the Industrial Park Trade Union to collect statistics, review, and synthesize opinions to advise and propose timely and appropriate solutions to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
The City Labor Federation will continue to support these businesses in implementing policies to care for re-hired workers, contributing to adding and developing more union members.
