The company's leadership has closely directed each group of issues raised. Mr. Pham Hung Phuong - Director of PTSC Thanh Hoa - emphasized the importance of enhancing individual responsibility in each project, especially from the preparation stage to the construction organization. He also emphasized that the selection of subcontractors should not only be based on professional capacity but also on the same culture and long-term development orientation as the company. At the same time, the early implementation of a centralized and professional management model will be a prerequisite for improving project efficiency as well as the sustainable development of PTSC Thanh Hoa in the new period.
In addition, issues regarding mechanisms and policies were also highlighted, especially the urgent need to attract and develop a high-quality workforce in the field of mechanical engineering and design, contributing to creating a solid human resource foundation for long-term development.
At the workshop, Mr. Le Van Nga – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company – directed the departments to adhere to the core values of the enterprise when implementing any work or project. These values include: Quality & standards, Professionalism & initiative, Strategy & commitment, Teamwork & sharing – considered as the guiding principle for all actions and decisions throughout the company.

The workshop is not only an opportunity to summarize and draw experiences, but also a space for strategic professional exchange, contributing to strengthening consensus within the entire system, creating momentum for PTSC Thanh Hoa to enter new mechanical projects with a more proactive, professional and effective mindset.
