Strengthening the implementation of the task of reviewing and removing obstacles due to legal regulations

Comrade Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee attended and chaired the Conference at the Tuyen Quang bridge. The Conference was organized in a combination of in-person and online formats connecting to 34 provinces and centrally-run cities.

At the conference, representatives of ministries, branches and localities were introduced to an overview of the requirements, progress and content of the review task implementation, and discussed the initial results as well as the difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process. Delegates also proposed many solutions to improve the legal system and remove bottlenecks due to legal regulations not being suitable to reality.

The Ministry of Justice acknowledges that most ministries, branches and localities have proactively implemented their tasks and regularly coordinated with the Ministry's focal units. However, there are still some shortcomings and limitations such as: basically, ministries, branches and localities do not have official documents on the assignment and official information of focal officers assigned to be the focal point to perform the task of receiving relevant information and being in charge of user accounts; some localities are still confused in the implementation and organization of implementation...

In the coming time, the Ministry of Justice requests that ministries, branches and localities continue to focus on directing resolutely, closely following the direction of the Central Steering Committee and the guidance of the Ministry to synchronously and comprehensively deploy assigned tasks.

In particular, it is necessary to urgently complete the review results report, focusing on bottleneck issues, and promptly handle them in accordance with Resolution No. 206/2025/NQ15 dated June 24, 2025 of the National Assembly on special mechanisms to remove difficulties and obstacles caused by legal regulations. At the same time, update the review results to the Ministry of Justice's Online Reporting System on time, ensuring quality.
