From personal needs
Linh Huynh returned to Vietnam after a long time studying and working in the US since 2021. At that time, he simply wanted to find a set of bedding to use. However, searching in the high-end bedding market, he realized problems with design, quality and customer service. One of the problems is that the bedding market always provides consumers with mostly ready-made products in standard sizes, even though in reality there will be many different sizes of mattresses and pillows. Not to mention the somewhat outdated designs and specifications. He wanted to enter this market, creating his own path for quality, innovative products and the best possible service quality. Explaining the name, Linh Huynh said: "À Ơi is like a gentle invitation, familiar to Vietnamese people, and Concept represents a modern and aesthetic lifestyle. I want À Ơi Concept's products to not only bring good sleep but also express the aesthetic taste and lifestyle of customers". When he first started his business, he confided that he had many difficulties because he had to figure everything out from scratch because he had no experience in sewing or fabrics. He had to learn everything from fabric research, design to production, sales, branding, marketing, etc.
With 3 types of high-quality fabrics including cotton satin, modal silk, tencel silk, À Ơi Concept has diverse designs and importantly, customers can freely create, mix and match colors to order according to their preferences, suitable for interior and lifestyle. Of course, you can comfortably order according to your own size and style. Another difference compared to traditional products is that instead of storing bedding in plastic bags, À Ơi Concept uses non-woven fabric bags, paper bags, paper boxes. This is an effort to contribute to green development, environmental protection, and reducing plastic products.

The young CEO said he will pursue the B2B model (direct sales between businesses) more with hotel and resort channels in Vietnam. The company currently has 50 - 70 employees and everyone in all positions must work hard, bringing core values to the market of products related to sleep care. "In the retail sector alone, after the domestic market, we will expand to the markets of neighboring countries in the region," Mr. Linh shared his direction.
