Phu Thai Group celebrates 32 years of construction and development

(Chinhphu.vn) - On October 15, Phu Thai Group held a ceremony to celebrate its 32nd anniversary (1993 - 2025) with the theme "Together for Growth. Today. Tomorrow. 2033".

The event marks a special milestone in Phu Thai's journey of more than three decades of formation, development and contribution to the Vietnamese economy - from a pioneering distribution enterprise in the early days of innovation, to the leading multi-industry investment and business ecosystem today.

Established in 1993, Phu Thai is one of the first private enterprises born after the State recognized the private economic sector and Vietnam entered the international integration process.

From a consumer goods distribution model, Phu Thai has quickly expanded to multi-industry distribution, becoming a bridge bringing many global brands to Vietnamese consumers.

Currently, Phu Thai has become the leading strategic investment and distribution ecosystem in Vietnam, operating in many key areas such as distribution - agriculture - production - logistics - real estate investment - education - international trade and import and export.

Building on that success, the Group continues to affirm its vision of Future Ready 2033 - aiming to become a model Vietnamese Group, a place where excellent people gather together to create prosperity and reach regional stature.

Speaking at the event, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group Pham Dinh Doan shared many important strategic orientations for the development of Phu Thai. Accordingly, the period 2025-2033 is identified as a period of breakthrough acceleration, focusing on five strategic pillars: Governance Excellence - People & Culture Excellence - Ecosystem Leadership - Innovation & Digital Transformation - Social Responsibility & Impact.

The Group aims to achieve revenue of 4 billion USD by 2033, on the occasion of the unit's 40th anniversary of establishment and development, with 150 member companies and affiliates, joint ventures in the ecosystem, including 3-5 listed companies; 100 elite leaders and 100% of units applying digital data and AI.

Also at the celebration, the Group deployed a series of important activities to consolidate and perfect the management apparatus for the new development stage. Notably, the launch of Phu Thai Academy Training Center - the core of the talent development strategy, along with the official announcement of the Phu Thai Elite 100 Program to select, develop and appoint the Group's elite leadership team in the period 2025-2033 - outstanding individuals who will become the core leaders and future owners in the Phu Thai ecosystem - selected based on the 5 core values ​​of Phu Thai leaders: Virtue - Talent - Aspiration - Commitment - Leadership capacity.

The movement "Phu Thai - joining hands for people in flood-affected areas" successfully called for 2 billion 780 million VND to support localities affected by storms and floods.

Promoting the spirit of mutual love, at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Dinh Doan launched the movement "Phu Thai - Joining hands for flood victims" to share difficulties with localities affected by storms No. 10 and 11. The total amount of money and goods raised in the program reached 2 billion 780 million VND, contributing to spreading the spirit of "Together for Growth - Sharing love."
