In recent years, the city's Population and Children's work has achieved many important achievements, contributing to improving the quality of population and the quality of life of the people. However, in addition to the achievements, this field is still facing many challenges such as: population aging, gender imbalance at birth, violence and child abuse - especially in the online environment, or the risk of accidents and injuries to children.

In the context of the strong national digital transformation, the application of digital technology to population and child work has become an inevitable requirement. Digital technology not only helps the health sector manage and monitor population and child data scientifically and accurately, but also effectively supports the protection, care and promotion of children's rights. Thanks to that, policies are transmitted faster, more transparently and closer to the people.

At the training class, Associate Professor Dr. Le Dac Nhuong - Head of the Faculty of Information Technology, Hai Phong University and experts guided students to learn and practice contents such as: concepts of AI, Big Data, IoT, Chatbot; application of AI in text editing, reporting, communication design; exploitation of ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini tools; data security and information safety when using technology... Not only a technical lesson, the training class also brought a lively and exciting atmosphere when students directly experienced software to create images, videos, and automatic reports using AI, helping to visualize more clearly the practical application of digital technology in population and children work at the grassroots level.

With the spirit of "learning to change - doing to spread", the topic "Digital literacy" has inspired innovation to the team of population and children officers in the whole city, opening up a new direction in applying digital transformation to serve people, for children and the future of Hai Phong city.
