Training on transferring social insurance and health insurance management software

During the 1-day training, more than 300 delegates from 15 agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense and 5 hospitals and 28 clinics that signed medical examination and treatment contracts with the Military Social Insurance stationed in Military Region 5 were taught by teachers and lecturers on 2 topics: Transfer of software for centralized social insurance and health insurance management, data connection with ASMA software level 3, 4; Transfer of training on software for managing medical examination and treatment costs under health insurance and portal for receiving health insurance appraisal.

In his opening speech, Colonel Phan Vu Toan, Deputy Director of the Department of Social Policy, General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, emphasized that social insurance and health insurance are two important pillars of the social security policy system, with profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the sense of responsibility of the State, the Army and the whole society in caring for the material and spiritual life and health of the people in general and officers and soldiers in the army in particular.

In the army, organizing and implementing well the work of social insurance and health insurance is not only a political responsibility but also a vivid expression of the tradition and morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" and "Repaying gratitude" of the nation; showing concern and care for the lives of officers and soldiers, especially for retired comrades, demobilized comrades, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, etc.

The application of information technology in the insurance sector is an inevitable trend, improving management efficiency, facilitating policy beneficiaries in the face of digital transformation requirements in management, operation, modernizing the management system, improving operational capacity and transparency, unity, connectivity, synchronization, accuracy and data security.

In order for the training conference to be of good quality and effectiveness, Colonel Phan Vu Toan suggested that the reporters need to uphold their sense of responsibility, carefully prepare the content, focus on conveying basic, core issues and applying them specifically and closely to reality, helping the cadres participating in the training to absorb effectively, creating an atmosphere of learning, lively discussion, and sharing good experiences.

Trainees actively and proactively participate in training, study and research, grasp basic content; promptly exchange knowledge, experience, methods, creative ways of doing things, and effective models of agencies and units.
