Training on Party financial work in 2025 - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

On August 16, the Provincial Party Committee Office organized a training conference on Party financial work in 2025 for over 130 trainees working in accounting at Party agencies in the province.

The reporter of the Ministry of Finance guided some basic contents on accounting work at the conference.

In the context of implementing a 2-level local government model instead of the previous 3-level model. The requirements for financial work at the commune and ward levels must be professional, transparent, accurate, timely, and at the same time apply information technology effectively to meet modern management requirements. Currently, those assigned to perform accounting tasks at some Party Committees are still confused when taking on the task, especially in the management of Party finance and assets, and the collection of Party fees still faces many difficulties.

At the conference, the reporters of the Ministry of Finance, the Central Party Office and experts at the Accounting Software Company presented some main contents of Decision 99/QD-TW dated May 30, 2012 of the Central Executive Committee on regulations on the regime of expenditures for party activities of grassroots party organizations and party committees at levels directly above the grassroots level; Decision 342-QD/TW dated December 28, 2010 of the Central Executive Committee on regulations on party fee regime.
