The report at the assessment conference stated that after merging administrative units, the Veterans' Youth Volunteers Associations in the province were still confused in organizing Association activities and the Veterans' Youth Volunteers movement.

Therefore, to ensure consistency and build a successful 2026 Association work program, at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers instructed key Association officials, including the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Association of Former Youth Volunteers of the ward and commune, on the content of the outline report on the evaluation and summary of the Association's work in 2025.

The focus is on reorganizing the executive committee, focusing on evaluating the activities of "For the sake of comradeship", developing production and business, resolving policies and regimes for members, coordinating the mobilization of resources to support members in difficulty...; collecting old certificates and old membership cards to exchange for new certificates, issuing new cards with QR codes...

The conference also approved the report on dismissal and election of additional Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers, term IV, 2021-2026; outline of political report of the Association of Former Youth Volunteers of communes and wards to submit to the Congress, term I, 2026-2031, and instructions for organizing the congress.

At the same time, deploy the allocation of 300 gifts from Thien Tam Fund ( VinGroup Corporation) to disadvantaged members on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026.
