This activity was organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union to foster the skills of welcoming, explaining and serving tourists of union members and young people at tourist areas and spots in the province. From there, it helps young people grasp the basic skills in guiding, explaining and serving tourists to create a good impression as well as contribute to effectively promoting the image of Binh Thuan destination. Speaking at the training course, Ms. Nguyen Lan Ngoc - Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism hoped that the trainees would promote their youth and creativity so that each union member and young person would be an ambassador for tourism. At the same time, continue to accompany the development of the local tourism industry and actively participate in introducing and promoting destinations in the coming time...
Taking place over 2 days (from June 9 to 10, 2025), the training course was focused on by Master Nguyen Van Ky - Lecturer of Tra Vinh University to convey some related contents, such as on tour guide skills, including: Building explanation content, procedures for welcoming and seeing off guests, working style, uniform, guiding skills, explaining, handling situations... In addition, it also equips students with communication skills, knowledge of introducing an overview of the tourism industry and tourist routes in the province, organizing practice at Ho Chi Minh Museum - Binh Thuan Branch.
