Ben Tre CSAT project trains in production and business planning

BDK - In Cho Lach district, the Management Board of the project to develop a smart agricultural value chain adapting to climate change in the province (Ben Tre Smart Agricultural Value Chain Project) in coordination with the Provincial Women's Economic Development Support Fund has just organized a training course on production and business planning for beneficiary groups in communes implementing the Smart Agricultural Value Chain Project activities.

Lecturer of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Law guides production and business planning skills.

There are 56 small-scale production households, production groups, women and youth in communes of the district implementing project activities attending the training. At the training class, lecturers from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Law provided knowledge about the meaning and benefits of production and business planning. Provided guidance on production and business planning skills from loan and funding sources to have better plans towards value chain development to improve financial access skills in local production. Provided guidance on building action plans, resources, finance, risk assessment and response measures, gradually improving understanding of economic capacity.

The training course aims to help small-scale producers, production groups, women and youth improve their capacity to plan production and business effectively, sustainably and appropriately to actual conditions, update knowledge through the process of participating in building and implementing local value chain development plans, thereby improving management and control of investment capital for the right purpose and effectively.
