Digital skills training for community digital technology groups in Ea Knop commune

On the afternoon of August 15, at the hall of the People's Committee of Ea Knop commune, the Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development and Project 06 of Ea Knop commune organized a digital skills training course for the Community Digital Technology Team.

Attending the training were Mr. Nguyen Tien Thinh - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Science , Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development and Project 06 Ea Knop Communes, Head of the Department of Culture - Society; Dak Lak Eastern Regional Telecommunications Center and members of the Community Digital Technology Team in 45 villages, hamlets and residential groups in the commune.

The training aims to improve the capacity of applying information technology and digital skills for the Community Digital Technology Team to deploy "hand-holding" instructions for local people. At the training class, members of the Community Digital Technology Team were instructed and practiced skills in using digital platforms and information security, including: Awareness of Information Security in Digital Space; Submitting online public services, AI public services; Installing applications: Dak Lak Number, SmartCA personal digital signature on VneiID.

Identified as the main core, directly implementing the campaign "Going to every alley, knocking on every door, providing on-site guidance"; after the training, members of the Community Digital Technology Team will directly "hold hands and guide" people in the commune on 05 basic digital skills, including: Using online public services; Online shopping; Online payment; Self-protection in cyberspace and using digital platforms to serve the implementation of administrative procedures.

As part of the plan to implement the 100-day peak movement "Digital Education for All", the Steering Committee for Science, Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation Development and Project 06 of Ea Knop commune will also organize a training course for officials, civil servants and commune workers with the following skills: Awareness of Information Security in Digital Space; Handling Administrative Procedures, Reporting System; AI Public Services, Dak Lak Digital Application, SmartCA Personal Digital Signature on VneiID.
