Over the past period, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department has proactively coordinated with all levels and sectors to monitor and understand the situation of Party members, association members, the people, and issues and incidents related to ethnic and religious affairs, and to propose and advise leaders on directing and handling them. This has created unity in awareness, will, and action in society, promoting the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.

According to the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, identifying coordination and strengthening the monitoring of ideological trends, sentiments, and emerging issues and incidents among union members, association members, and the people is one of the key tasks. In the past period, the Mass Mobilization Department has focused on monitoring, advising, and proposing to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to direct the timely and effective resolution of people's concerns and requests. Specifically in the third quarter, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department monitored and assessed the situation of union members, association members, the people, and issues and incidents related to ethnic and religious affairs, and proposed and advised leaders on directing and handling matters such as: continuing to monitor the relocation of Chi Cong Market (Tuy Phong); the shortage of medical equipment in public hospitals; and the situation related to the construction of rural roads and underpasses adjacent to the North-South expressway. The implementation of tree planting projects along irrigation canals... Through this, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department proactively advised and proposed to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to direct the resolution of pressing issues affecting people's lives.

Organize the "Coast Guard accompanies fishermen" program in Ham Thuan Nam district.

In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department coordinated with the Command of Coast Guard Region 3 to organize the "Coast Guard Accompanying Fishermen" program in Tan Thanh and Tan Thuan communes, Ham Thuan Nam district. The program visited and presented 300 gifts and 2,200 national flags to policy beneficiary families, people, and fishermen in difficult circumstances, with a total value of over 400 million VND. Simultaneously, in coordination with the Department of Health, a dialogue conference was organized on improving medical examination, treatment, and healthcare for the people in Ham Tan district. Furthermore, all levels and sectors coordinated in disseminating information and mobilizing the people to contribute opinions to the development of socio -economic policies in the locality through appropriate means. Through this, people will make concrete and practical contributions, helping to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the people, promoting democracy, and strengthening social consensus.

Building on the achievements, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department stated that in the coming period, they will proactively coordinate and monitor the situation among the people to promptly advise competent authorities on considering and directing the resolution of issues. In addition, they will advise the Provincial Party Standing Committee to organize a conference summarizing 10 years of implementing Decision No. 217 of the Politburo (11th term) on promulgating the Regulations on social supervision and criticism by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations. Simultaneously, they will organize a conference summarizing 10 years of implementing the twinning program with purely ethnic minority communes and mixed villages in ethnic minority areas. Furthermore, they will continue to refine the Project on innovation and improvement of the quality of social supervision and criticism by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations at all levels. Advising on the implementation of Plan No. 05 of the Provincial Party Committee on building an information system for managing religious affairs in the province and Plan No. 06 of the Provincial Party Committee on piloting the building, management, and development of core security and order forces in the province.
